Bonebound Book

My first piece for my concept art course at CG Spectrum! The assignment called for a 'demon book' but to be honest, I find the whole brimstone and chains aesthetic kind of played out. Instead I opted for a look that was a bit more fey-like. I wanted it to seem like a book you'd find deep within some bramble in an enchanted forest, while retaining some of the more menacing features one might expect from a demon book (i.e. the bone bounding and eldritch rune behind the leaf.)
